Personal 90 Day Weight Loss Transformation Program

This program is designed to redefine goals, find the foods that work for your body type, understand why you binge eat, and break patterns. All sessions are taken place by phone – stay in the comfort of your home and get motivated to take action!

 

The program consists of weekly one-on-one 45-60 minute coaching sessions, a smartphone app daily tracker with ongoing accountability, focusing on making healthy food choices and instilling programs to convert bad habits into healthy ones. You'll learn how to make healthy foods you like for your entire family and enjoy going out with friends without feeling deprived.

A Day With Me

Do you want to attack all your goals and get on track fast?

 

We start with a nice healthy breakfast and go through healthy breakfast ideas for the upcoming weeks. We go through the foods in your house that you enjoy, reading labels and deciding which foods can be switched for a healthier version.

We continue our day at your favorite supermarket, seeking the healthiest versions of your favorite foods. Let’s chat over lunch! This is our time to sit and figure out how to implement the perfect plan for success. What will it take for you and your family to succeed in following through and living your healthiest possible lifestyle?

We finish things off with dinner, going through your daily schedule and mapping out time to prepare your meals, exercise, and schedule time to pamper yourself. Some topics we will be working on:

  • How do you eat your meals?
  • What do your meals consist of?
  • Who are you, when you eat?
  • Where are you having your meals?
  • Why are you choosing unhealthy meals?
  • What is stopping you from your goals?
Group 90 Day Weight Loss Transformation

This program is designed to redefine goals, find the foods that work for your body type, understand why you binge eat, and break patterns. Group sessions are shared time with 2-4 other people who share the same desire for change.

 

The time is shared between the clients; each person gets equal one on-one time during the session. The group session is designed for all clients to be a part of each other’s experiences.

Accountability

This program is typically used after a 90 Day transformation or cleanse program. This is for clients who are on a healthy eating program, are exercising regularly and want to continue with guidance and accountability.

 

Includes: 1 one-on-one personal coaching call a month. During the month, clients log into the smartphone app tracking meals, sleep, exercise, and more. Monitoring everything the client does through the app, I can figure out what is working and what needs to be addressed. I then give feedback through email or text. We talk once a month to go over some improvements and answer any questions!

21 Day Reset

Contact for the next startup date. This is a group program that run through a private Facebook group, live videos, and daily motivational posts.

 

Doing this cleanse we eliminate foods that cause inflammation. By doing this we can help clear skin irritations, stomach bloating, gain more energy, and more! There aren’t any supplements or shakes and this is not a starvation diet.

You will receive daily recipes and food lists. You eat as much as you want as long as it’s on the reset food list. You receive a 30 page manual, recipes, shopping list, and a “What to eat, what not to eat” guide. Use the convenient smartphone app to track meals, sleep, exercise, and more. Self-care is an important part of nourishing the body, we will teach you special techniques!
